Individual Counseling
My goal is to provide you with a safe environment to process life’s challenges and better understand your emotions. Individual counseling can often be that space for people seeking healing and growth.
I currently offer 50 minute sessions in-person and online for $160. I accept a portion of clients on a sliding scale. Please contact me to inquire about sliding scale options and we can talk through what might work best for you.
To be sure this is the best fit for you, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.
Payment & Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service and will be billed immediately following the session. I accept credit card or check as valid forms of payment. However, I do require a valid credit card on file despite what method of payment is used.
At this time I am not paneled with any insurance companies. I’d recommend reaching out to your insurance company to see what out-of-network benefits you may have. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. If you are not present for your scheduled session and have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you are required to pay a late cancellation/no-show fee equal to the full amount of the session rate reserved for you.
