My Therapeutic Approach
I believe therapy should be a space for healing and growth. By truly listening to your story and understanding your needs, we’ll create an environment where you feel safe and empowered to make sustainable, meaningful changes in your life.
Often, people come to me feeling overwhelmed or "stuck" in cycles they can’t seem to break. They may want to rid themselves of the anxiety that haunts them and feel more peace, or they may want to feel less shame about their bodies and become more comfortable in their own skin. Ultimately, many people come to therapy seeking freedom from past wounds, which can open them up to new possibilities for their lives.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and trauma-informed. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy and other skills-based modalities to work toward improving your well-being and relationships.
